Power:: Tiff has the ability to freeze time. With a wave of her hand, time all around her will stop. She can, however, unfreeze a couple of people she wants not to be frozen, and can unfreeze time as well. But she has a time and space limit, for she can only freeze everything within one mile, and can only have everything frozen for 10 minutes. If time unfreezes, though, she can always re-freeze it.

Appearance::

Tiff is a rather slender girl, with just the right amount of curves. She has longer legs, and a shorter torso, if you were to compare to any other person. Tiff's legs are considered lanky, not something any girl would quite want. Her feet and hands are proportional to her body, and her arms are darkly tanned, though rather lanky in legnth, as the rest of her body is. Her stomach is slender, though not grossly skinny, as in her weight is ideal for her age, even if she would rather be skinnier like all teenage girls. Her hair is rather straight most times, and a chocolate brown tone, with lighter brown strands raining through it. Moving onto her heart-shaped face the hair sits on, her eyes are perfectly set. They're round and are the color of ice blue. But, even though her face is free of pimples and such, being past that age, she has a ton of freckles spotting her face around her nose and cheek bones.

Personality::

Tiff is what one could call bubbly. She loves to have fun, and just fun. Worries can be tossed aside, and this young girl lives happily without them. To her, worries and fears are just irrational. She, in simple terms, likes to live life to its fullest. For example, say she and a good friends were out shopping. Tiff would be the one to make a game out of it, make the entire shop fun. If you knew this cheeky girl well enough, you'd guess right if you said she'd create a contest out of a simple lunch. But hey, that is Tiff for you.

But not every person is perfect. And there is no exception for our Tiff. Some may not see this as a bad thing, until the day they are confronted with it. You see, she is brutally honest. Yes, honesty is good and a great thing to have, but ... Tiff has too much of it. Let's say, maybe, some comrade had tripped and messed up, or in forgot about something. If asked by the person itself, Tiff would say that they were stupid and need to work harder. End of comment. So, in short, Miss Tiffanie finds it hard to make friends with her personality style.

Now, Tiff is young. Young sometimes brings the deviousness out of any person, and brings out it even more in the brunette. Tiff is cheeky and sly, her retorts and comebacks quickly shot out, and witty as they could get. Most others find her comments funny, some find them offensive, though she herself just is happy to speak. To be brutally honest, as she herself is, she's a chatterbox as well, and loves to use those sharp retorts in tense conversations.

History::

Tiff was born into a smaller family, with one older sister and her mother. Their father had died before Tiff was even born. But that had not dampened her spirit, though she stops to wonder what it would have been like otherwise sometimes. Her sister, Carrie, was more like a mother to her as well, though. Her real mother, Nora, was constantly working, trying to keep the family well off without her husband's wages. So it was Carrie and Tiff most nights, eating dinner by the T.V. and talking about each other's day. But it was not that she did not have a good childhood, Tiff lived happily and fine. Of course, she still does today, just fearful of being found out. her entire town, children getting powers? She is the only on in her family with them, Carrie too old, and her mother as well. Now Tiff can freeze time, and she wants no one outside the town to know. But what about the rest of the people?
